As a USDA inspected butchering facility, we custom cut meats to order. Our online collections are specially curated collections that include some of our most popular cut of beef, pork, lamb and chicken.
For customers interested in stocking their freezers, we also offer whole and half beef, pork and lamb at volume pricing. All meats are raised locally, handled with care, and processed humanely.

As a USDA Inspected Butcher & Processing Facility, we offer custom butchering for producers, including private labeling or generic labeling. We also accept wild game for processing including deer, hog and buffalo.
