Ranch & Pepperoncini Beef Roast

When we had the privilege of participating in Tasting Statesboro The United Way, we knew that the flavor had to measure up to the worthiness of the charities that were being supported by the event. We chose to sample our 920 Chuck Roast, and so many people asked us for the recipe...so here it is:

INGREDIENTS:

  • 920 Chuck Roast
  • 1 Packet Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning
  • 3-4 Pepperoncini Peppers
  • 1 Stick Salted Butter
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Powder

DIRECTIONS:

  1. In a crock pot, combine all the ingredients, adding the meat last.
  2. Cook on low for 12 hours. 
  3. Enjoy this melt-in-your-mouth deliciousness.

VARIATIONS:

Any type of beef roast works great in this recipe... bone-in or boneless.

SECRET TIPS:

Low and slow is best here!
