UPDATE: We are currently only accepting Wait List orders. If you would like to purchase a whole beef, simply select “Wait List” from the drop down menu and once you check out, you will be added to the list. It is a first-come, first-served list and will be filled in the order in which it was received. The Wait List deposit is a non-refundable deposit. We will notify you before it is it time to fill your order, but it could be as far as 6 months.
When buying in bulk, your price includes the animal, full processing, your choice of cuts, cooling, cutting, deboning, cubing, grinding, double wrapping in butcher paper, and freezing.
The options and customization are up to you. You determine the package counts, steak thickness and types of cuts. If that sounds overwhelming, don't worry... we will walk you through the selection process to make it simple. You'll feel confident about having a fully stocked freezer of quality, flavorful and delicious products.
On average, we finish beef out to 735 pounds of dressed weight. On a whole purchase, you will pay for the actual dressed weight. Your deposit paid online will be put towards the total price and the balance can be paid at pick up. The total price will be charged at $4.50/lb of dressed weight.

- Chuck (Roast, Steak, Ground): 38-48 lbs
- NY Strip: 10 lbs
- Filet Mignon: 6 lbs
- Sirloin Tip Roast: 10-12 lbs
- Sirloin Steaks: 8 lbs
- Skirt Steak/Fajita Meat: 8 lbs
- Ribeye (Steaks, Roast): 10-14 lbs
- Short Ribs: 8-10 lbs
- Flank Steak: 2 lbs
- Brisket: 8lbs
- Flat Iron Steak: 4-5 lbs
- Ground Beef: 180-200 lbs
Total Pounds of Beef: 330-390 lbs
